STRP Property Review

For one specific Nashville property. Rachel reviews the property's zoning, overlays, ownership, parcel conditions and other available public-record information affecting its STRP path, then provides a written summary of what she finds, what remains unresolved and what requires verification.
Rachel reviews the specific property — not a generic zoning lookup — and reports what she finds about its permit path and the property-specific issues that affect it.

STRP Concierge

Hands-on professional assistance navigating the Nashville STRP process, including applicable requirements, documentation and the application workflow.
Rachel works alongside you through the applicable STRP process, from intake and document preparation through submission and follow-through. Which services apply depends on the property and its specific requirements.

Strategy Consultation
$249
Up to 60 minutes
Up to 60 minutes of direct professional consultation with Rachel Mays focused on the specific STRP issue or complication in front of you.
Appropriate for zoning questions, ownership or entity issues, existing permits, transfer assumptions, exemptions, development-specific conditions, unusual parcel situations and other STRP questions requiring individualized analysis. Rachel may review relevant materials provided in advance when necessary to the consultation.

Metro Nashville's permit fee is a government fee. It is not included in any price above. You pay Metro directly when Metro requests payment. Atlas Bedrock does not collect the Metro permit fee, and payment of a professional fee here does not pay anything to Metro.
