The service

Atlas Bedrock provides a platform for researching and working through non-owner-occupied short-term rental permit applications in Nashville and Davidson County, together with private professional services performed by Rachel Mays.

Atlas Bedrock is an independent private company. It is not the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Metro Nashville.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this platform, and nothing provided as part of a professional service, is legal advice or a legal opinion. Property-specific facts and regulatory requirements may require verification with Metro Nashville or with your own attorney.

No guarantee of outcome

Professional services do not guarantee short-term rental permit eligibility, application approval, or permit issuance. Metro Nashville decides those outcomes, applying its own rules and processes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, for signing and notarising documents that require it, for physically mailing any required notices, and for paying Metro Nashville directly for government fees.

You must not use the platform to submit false information or to impersonate another person or entity.

Fees

Professional service fees are stated on the pricing page and are charged in full at purchase. Government fees, including Metro Nashville's permit fee, are separate and are not collected by Atlas Bedrock unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Data and documents

You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You grant Atlas Bedrock permission to store, process and use them to provide the service you requested.

Availability

The platform is provided as-is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but public data sources can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and the platform states when a value could not be retrieved rather than substituting a guess.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, Atlas Bedrock's total liability arising out of the platform or a professional service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
