Who we are

These Nashville STRP Services are operated by Atlas Bedrock, an independent private company. Contact: rachel@rachelmays.com.

What we collect

Account information: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time link. We do not store passwords.

Property and application information you enter: property address, applicant and owner contact details, ownership and entity details, HOA and responsible-party details, and your notes.

Documents you upload: deeds, entity documents, insurance, floor plans, tax receipts, mailing proof and similar records.

Public record data we retrieve about the property from Metro Nashville, Davidson County and U.S. Census sources. This data is about the parcel, not about you.

Purchase records: service purchased, amount, payment status, and the payment processor's transaction reference.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never transmitted to or stored by us.

Why we use it

To create and work your permit application, to provide the professional services you purchase, to contact you about your application or request, and to keep an audit record of actions taken on your application.

Who can see it

You can see your own applications and documents. Rachel Mays, as administrator, can see customer applications in order to provide the service. Documents are held in private storage and are only opened through short-lived secure links.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We use service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Stripe (payment processing). They process data on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Application records, documents and audit history are retained so that a permit application remains verifiable over time. Ask us at rachel@rachelmays.com to delete your account and associated records; we will do so except where we must retain a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion, by emailing rachel@rachelmays.com.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change.
